Who is my day-to-day contact?+

Your engineer joins your team directly — daily standups, sprint planning, code reviews. You manage them day-to-day like an employee. Tenovates stays in support in parallel (monthly quality check-in, replacement if needed, HR management).

What kind of contract? With whom?+

You sign a service contract (MSA) directly with Tenovates. The engineer is a Tenovates employee/contractor. You have no direct contractual link with them — no requalification risk, no permanent establishment.

What happens if the engineer doesn't fit?+

You let us know at any time. Within 30 days, we propose a replacement profile at the same rate, with no additional fee. The transition is handled to minimize impact on your team.

Does the intellectual property belong to me?+

Yes, 100%. All code, documentation and deliverables produced by the engineer for you are your exclusive property. This clause is standard in our MSA.

How does billing work?+

Monthly billing. Pay online by bank card, Flouci wallet or e-Dinar, or by bank transfer. Invoices in euros can be paid in dinars at the day's BCT rate. For clients outside Tunisia, our invoices comply with service export regulations (no VAT on the Tunisian side, handled according to your local tax regime).

Can I hire the engineer directly later?+

Yes, with a non-solicitation clause. After 12 months of collaboration, a contract buyout is possible under conditions agreed at signing. We discuss this openly at negotiation time.

What technical stacks do you cover?+

Full-stack (React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript), Backend (Python, Java, Go), Mobile (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin), DevOps (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), QA/Test automation, and AI integration. If your stack isn't listed, contact us — we often have a lead.

Can I try without commitment?+

Our contract starts with a minimum period of 3 months — the time for the engineer to become fully operational. After that, monthly 30-day notice. No further commitment.
