Tenovates is a Tunisian tech agency. We design and deliver custom websites, iOS + Android mobile apps, and provide dedicated remote engineers to strengthen your team.
How do I start a project with Tenovates?+
Fill out our contact form or launch the project wizard — we'll get back to you within 24 business hours to scope your need in a 15-minute call.
What types of projects do you cover?+
Showcase sites, e-commerce, business web applications, iOS/Android mobile apps, redesigns, technical consulting, and dedicated senior engineers on demand.

Pricing & subscription
What are your prices?+
Websites: three plans starting at 35 TND/month (Essentiel), 80 TND/month (Business), 150 TND/month (Premium). Mobile apps: from 100 TND/month (subscription) or 2,000 TND (full payment, on quote). Dedicated engineers: always on quote, each mission scoped individually. See /pricing for full details.
Is there a commitment period?+
For websites: no commitment, cancellation at any time. For dedicated engineers: minimum 3 months then rolling monthly with 30-day notice. For fixed-price mobile apps: commitment only for the project duration.
Do you offer any discount?+
Yes — 20% off your first month if you pay within 24 hours of subscription. This discount applies only to the subscription, not to one-time fees.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. The listed price includes development, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. Only the domain name (20-40 TND/year) is optional if you don't already have one.

Development & timelines
How long does development take?+
Showcase sites: 5–7 business days. E-commerce: 10–15 business days. Mobile MVP apps: 6 weeks (Starter) to 14 weeks (Premium). Dedicated engineers: operational in 2 weeks.
What technologies do you use?+
Websites: Next.js 16+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL. Mobile: React Native + Expo by default, or Flutter, Swift, Kotlin as needed. Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Go. Cloud: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
Can I edit my site after delivery?+
Yes — initial training included. You manage text, images, pages, products on your own via your admin space. For technical changes, our support is here.

Guarantee & satisfaction
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?+
Yes — 100% satisfaction guarantee for 15 days after delivery. If the result doesn't suit you, full refund of the setup. A simple email is enough, no justification required.
How does the refund work?+
Send us an email before the end of the 15-day trial period. We refund within 14 business days. Your feedback interests us (continuous improvement) but is not required.
What happens after 15 days?+
You keep enjoying all services (hosting, maintenance, support). You can cancel at any time, but the refund no longer applies.

Support & maintenance
What support do you offer?+
Technical support by email, tickets, and phone. Reply within 24 business hours (48h for Essentiel, 24h for Business, 4h SLA for Premium). Support included in every subscription.
What if I have an urgent problem?+
Call us at +216 56 411 511 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) or select 'Urgent' in the contact form — priority intervention.
Is maintenance included?+
Yes — security updates, daily backups, monitoring, bug fixes. You have nothing to manage.

Ownership & data
Who hosts and maintains the source code?+
The source code stays with us — that's what lets us guarantee hosting, maintenance, security, and updates over time. You benefit from a license to use for the duration of your subscription or after full payment. For dedicated engineer missions, however, the code produced belongs to you — that's the service logic (the engineer works on YOUR project, with YOUR stack).
Is my data secure?+
Yes. SSL encryption, restricted access, daily backups, secure hosting with Contabo (Germany). GDPR-compliant for EU clients. We never sell your data.
Can I retrieve my data if I cancel?+
Yes. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation. You can request an export during this period. Beyond that, it is permanently deleted.

International
Do you work with international clients?+
Yes — France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, and beyond. Prices in EUR excl. VAT for clients outside Tunisia. VAT handled per your country's legislation.
Can the site be in several languages?+
Yes — the multilingual option is included in your project quote, with a setup fee + a recurring share per additional language. Pricing is set based on the number and nature of languages.
