What is the typical timeline for a mobile app?+

A mobile MVP starts at 6 weeks (Starter package), 10 weeks for a full MVP (Business), 14 weeks for a premium app. These timelines include design, development, testing and publication. We deliver testable versions every week.

iOS and Android, or a single platform?+

By default we recommend React Native — one codebase, both platforms. It's 2× cheaper and faster than separate native development. For specific needs (iOS widgets, Wear OS, game performance), we can go native at the Premium tier.

Is App Store and Play Store publication included?+

Yes, it's included in all our packages. We handle submission, screenshots, descriptions and two Apple/Google review cycles. You need your own Apple Developer ($99/year) and Google Play Console ($25 one-time) accounts — we help you set them up.

Who hosts and maintains the published app?+

Your App Store and Play Store accounts stay in your name — that's your commercial presence. The source code is hosted and maintained by our team: that's what allows us to guarantee stability, iOS/Android OS updates, bug fixes, and the app's long-term evolution. This technical continuity is part of what you pay for, each month or in the maintenance package after full payment.

What happens after delivery if a bug appears?+

3 months of post-delivery warranty included in all packages — we fix bugs found on the delivered scope for free. For app evolution, we offer a monthly maintenance contract from 35 TND/month (set on quote based on scope).

Is the backend included?+

Yes for a simple backend (auth + 1 to 3 business endpoints, stored on Firebase or Supabase). For a complex custom backend, it's optional or in the Premium tier. If you already have a backend, we plug into it.

Can I pay in installments?+

Yes. Our fixed-price projects are billed in 3 installments: 30% at signing, 40% mid-way, 30% on delivery and acceptance. Billing in euros, bank transfer, compliant with service export rules (0% VAT on the Tunisian side).

Do you build game apps?+

No, game development is a specialized field (Unity, Unreal, 3D engines) we don't cover. We focus on business, e-commerce, booking, content, community, marketplace, and B2B tool apps.
