Tenovate Services (Tenovates) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy informs you about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We are committed to processing your data in accordance with Tunisian legislation on personal data protection and electronic transactions.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

• Identification information: last name, first name, email, phone

• Professional data: company name, industry

• Project data: descriptions, preferences, technical needs

• Browsing data: IP address, essential cookies

• Communication history: email exchanges, support tickets

We collect no sensitive data (racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.) without your explicit consent.

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Creating and managing your web project

• Billing and payment tracking

• Technical support and customer assistance

• Improving our services and your experience

• Sending important information related to your subscription

We never use your data for commercial purposes without your prior consent.

• Account data: for the entire duration of the subscription

• Project data: 30 days after cancellation (for possible reactivation)

• Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)

• Support communications: 2 years

After these periods, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

We share certain strictly necessary data with trusted partners:

• Resend: transactional sending of emails (notifications, invoices)

• Contabo: data hosting (secure infrastructure, servers in Germany)

• Google: sign-in with a Google account (Google sends us your name, email address and profile picture)

• Flouci (payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of Tunisia): processing of online payments. Tenovates only receives the payment result (amount, status, type of payment method, last 4 digits of the card, authorisation code)

• Our bank: only for receiving client transfers (RIB, IBAN)

• Legal authorities: only in case of legal obligation

Each partner is bound by strict contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

Payments are made by bank transfer or online through Flouci, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of Tunisia.

Tenovates does not process any card data: the number, security code and expiry date are entered only on the secure pages of Flouci and ClicToPay (3-D Secure authentication). We only keep the payment result — amount, status, type of payment method, last 4 digits of the card and authorisation code — for accounting purposes.

For a transfer, you stay in control: it is initiated from your bank, with your own authentication mechanisms.
