Property management and wealth advice in Le Mans
The project
ELG Patrimoine is an independent firm based in Le Mans, France, specialised in property management, letting and wealth advice for landlords in the Sarthe area.
We designed a professional website that reflects the demands of the trade — strict regulations, demanding owners, long-term decisions. The visual identity rests on a signature yellow accent, a deep navy for weight and a light beige that conveys the firm's seriousness.
The site presents the firm's three services, lists the available properties with their mandatory legal information, publishes advice articles aimed at the Sarthe area, and guides every visitor to one of three contact paths — including a five-short-step path to hand a property over to management.
A complete management area lets the firm publish its properties, write its articles, follow its enquiries and manage its testimonials on its own — without depending on us day to day.
What the site does
- Self-service property catalogue
The firm publishes, edits and removes its properties itself, photos included. No developer needed.
- Mandatory listing checks
The site refuses to publish an incomplete listing and says exactly what is missing: rent, charges, deposit, fees, floor area, energy ratings.
- Three contact paths
A qualifying contact form, a visit request from every property, and a five-short-step “Hand over my property” path.
- Self-service advice section
The firm writes and publishes its articles in a simple editor with a live preview. No deployment, no developer.
- Enquiry tracking
Every enquiry is stored, the firm is notified and the visitor gets an acknowledgement. Nothing is lost, even if email is down.
- Local SEO, ready for Google
Unique metadata per page, sitemap, structured data (firm, properties, articles, FAQ) and in-depth articles aimed at the Sarthe area.
- Photos cleaned on upload
Every photo is straightened, resized, converted to WebP and stripped of its EXIF data — including the GPS location recorded without the photographer knowing.
- GDPR compliance
Explicit consent before any submission, the exact wording kept as proof, no advertising trackers — so the site needs no cookie banner.
