The project

HomeStore is a demo shop for the home: sofas and armchairs, tables and chairs, beds and mattresses, storage, decor, lighting, rugs, home linen, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The orders are fictional; the shopping journey is complete, up to cash on delivery.

Furniture is chosen by its size first. So HomeStore filters by sofa or rug width, table length, sleeping width and number of seats, and every product comes in colours and sizes.

The identity relies on sand tones and a deep green, mood photos for every department and featured selections — the essentials, decor favourites, small prices, outdoor.

Like all our shops, HomeStore inherits the e-commerce base: order confirmation, tracking, returns, invoices and a complete back office.

What the site does
